I would like to introduce you to the services I  provide here at my counseling center. 

I am a licensed mental health counselor, a national certified counselor, a board certified clinical hypnotherapist, and a certified practitioner of NLP.

I work with clients who suffer from   anxiety/panic, anger issues, depression, addictions, eating disorders, grief and loss, and relationship and/or family issues. 

I offer specialized groups, workshops, and retreats. I lead several women's groups to help women connect in a safe and supportive environment.   

I  am on the panels of most health insurances.

I believe….

I believe that we all have the answers we need to succeed in life. Sometimes our life experiences  conspire to make us lose our own unique voice, the healthy one that guides us along.

I believe, with the help of a psychotherapist, you can work to access that inner resource, which will put you back on the path to healthful living.

I believe that hope is the most powerful motivator of all.  I see my job as that of facilitator to help you regain that hope.

The future depends on what  we do in the present.
