Do you wish for a safe place for women to get together and talk about some of the deeper issues of life?  Come and be heard while connecting with other women, each on her own journey of personal growth. 

Process Group for Women

This ongoing therapy group is offered to adult women who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, and/or interpersonal conflict, or for those looking for greater meaning and personal growth in their lives. Monday's @ 6pm. Cost - $35.00 (1 1/2 hours)

Managing Stress With Hypnotherapy

This group offers individuals skills for managing stress employing the use of relaxation and hypnotherapy techniques.  Attention will be focused on developing strategies to control stress in your life. Tuesday’s @ 1pm.  Cost - $25.00 (1 hour)

   Women’s Self Help Book Club

This group meets at lunchtime on Fridays.  Bring your  lunch and come and discuss popular self help books with   a licensed therapist.  This group will focus on gaining a greater understanding of mental health issues.         Fridays at noon.  Cost: $25.00  (1hour)
